Training is much more than being in physical shape to take a long walk. Certainly that is a big part of it, but Camino Cornerstones Training Plans provide you with a monthly, weekly or daily breakdown of suggested activities to help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for your trip. Training plans are available only after the Camino Readiness Assessment has been performed.
